Quartz Supply UK is pleased to announce the award of a new 200-plot contract at Bermondsey Place, working once again alongside our long-standing partners at Paula Rosa Manhattan.
The project will see Quartz Supply UK fabricate, supply and install 12mm Silestone White Arabesque worktops and full-height splashbacks across approximately 200 new homes within the Berkeley Group development in Bermondsey, London.

The award continues our established relationship with Paula Rosa Manhattan, delivering stone worktop packages on major residential developments across London and the South East.
Large-scale residential projects require far more than simply manufacturing a worktop. Consistency of finish, accurate templating, production scheduling, quality control and reliable installation all have to work together to keep pace with demanding construction programmes.
With fabrication carried out at our own facility, Quartz Supply UK can control the process from material preparation through to final installation.
12mm Silestone White Arabesque
The selected surface for Bermondsey Place is Silestone White Arabesque by Cosentino.
White Arabesque has a light white background with an intricate network of subtle grey veining, creating a detailed stone appearance while retaining a clean, contemporary finish.
For this project, the material will be fabricated in a 12mm profile, with both worktops and full-height splashbacks creating a coordinated finish throughout the kitchens.
The thinner 12mm profile gives the installations a modern architectural appearance while allowing the distinctive White Arabesque pattern to remain the main visual feature.
Delivering at scale
Producing worktops for 200 plots requires a very different approach from individual residential installations.
Our in-house team will manage the fabrication and installation programme from our Essex facility, coordinating production with Paula Rosa Manhattan and the wider site programme at Bermondsey Place.
This allows us to maintain control over:

- material management and optimisation
- CNC fabrication and finishing
- quality control
- plot scheduling
- site installation
- full-height splashback installation
- final inspection and sign-off
